Blue Ridge Band is a new emerging country band from Lévis (QC) composed of Jeremy Plante, Samuel Jalbert-Raymond and Martin Aubin. They released their first EP Down to Business Part I in September 2022 as well as Part II in May 2023. The group is making waves on the Quebec and Canadian country scene with its original songs inspired by American new country à la Morgan Wallen, Keith Urban and Luke Combs, both in English and French. After being named Breakout Artist of the Month on all Acadia Broadcasting stations in May 2023, their songs have been heard across Canada as well on the SiriusXM Top of the Country channel. The band has secured a Top 10 with their French version of Chasing Sunset in Québec and have won the Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the Quebec Radio Awards presented by ADISQ in 2024. Blue Ridge Band was a finalist in the 2024 Boots & Hearts Emerging Artist contest and has played over 35 shows in the past year in Quebec and Ontario including Lasso Montreal. They are nominated in 3 categories at the upcoming Quebec Country Gala in the Group of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year categories. On stage, the group stands out with the quality of their production and delivery of both its original material and timeless country favorites. Blue Ridge Band est un nouveau groupe country émergent de Lévis composé de Jeremy Plante, Samuel Jalbert-Raymond et Martin Aubin. Ils ont sorti leur premier EP Down to Business Part I en septembre 2022 ainsi que le Part II en mai 2023. Le groupe fait des vagues sur le marché québécois et canadien avec ses chansons originales inspirées du new country américain à la Morgan Wallen, Keith Urban et Luke Combs.
